I often find myself surfing Youtube for inspirational videos that keep me moving forward on my spiritual journey. I felt very blessed to have seen Neale’s video pop up on my feed. Sometimes I think we receive messages in our lives when we are supposed to hear them. I feel that we get these messages or guide posts when we are ready to truly listen and learn from them. I learned a lot from his video. Maybe you are suppose to watch this too?

My featured photo is one of my “sacred spaces” where I go to meditate and reconnect with nature. Its part of the Eno River State Park in Orange County, North Carolina USA. Its so beautiful and the sound of the water trickling through the rocks is so relaxing to me. I recently found a a small waterfall nearby that I will be taking photos of soon!
